One of the main things I want to emphasize is the importance of having a T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More). Anyone selling LuLaRoe can tell you that having the support of a strong sponsor and T.E.A.M. is essential.
When I first met with my sponsor, we totally hit it off, and I learned about all of the trainings and information we had at our fingertips on our TEAM. I have worked really hard to keep the culture of learning and idea sharing alive on my growing TEAM. I know consultants from all over the country now! I make substantial efforts to get to know my team members, and I love knowing what your goals are so that we can work toward them TOGETHER.
I schedule bi-weekly trainings for my TEAM on various topics of interest - from how to book and host in home pop-ups to how to handle online multi-consultant sales. We are constantly thinking of new topics that will be helpful to new consultants waiting to onboard and consultants who have a few months of selling already under their belt.
My "why" is seeing my TEAM succeed. And in order for you to succeed you need a sponsor and team that will support you. I want you to have that.
